Default OK guys, which shaft size would you use?

I just bought a new Outback this year. I will be shooting a 29" Gold tip XT camo. The bow will be about 68 # but I might end up with up at 70 or a little over. I have been shooting a Q2 for the past 3 years . It was 68# also. I have been shooting 5575 XT's out if it. My buddy is buying my Q2 and he will be needing arrows. On the Gold tip chart I am right on the edge as far as using 5575's or 7595s. ( It says for a 29" arrow with a 100 gr. head 65-70 lbs use 5575XT's and 70 and above use the 7595 XT's). I have always read that most of you would be a little overspined vs. underspined. I can get a really great deal right now on some 7595 XT camos and then sell my 5575's to my buddy for the Q2 ( I already made him a gret deal on them if I do decide). So which way would you guys go? I just don't want to crank the Outback up and be underspined with the 5575's if I keep them, but I also don't want to buy 3 doz. 7595's and end up having them not be as good if I do end up shooting a little lower poundage. I know some bows shoot better with a stiffer arrow. Please give me some opinions please. Thanks!
