If your arrow weight is enough, and they fly perfect, the Thunderheads should work on game at least the size of whitetail. I'm partial to 2-blade heads myself, but know of folks that have had great success with 3 or 4 blades. I shoot a 125 grain broadhead myself. My longbow is
[email protected], my arrows weigh approximately 9.5 grains per lb of draw, and on the whitetail I shot last season I got 7 5/8" penetration into the ground, after the arrow passed through the deer. Haven't had any dealings with the Sattelite broadheads in many years--not sure if the quality is there or not.
