i like the 7600 pumps , i've got an older 760 and had a 7600 .270 that i sold about 10 years ago , i regret that ,
i've heard though that the .35 whelen pumps actions pop open after firing , anybody else hear of that happening ??

i'de like to get one of those .25-06 pumps myself
