Default RE: TSLC Results?

Tom got real close--he was tied for 17th or 18th place after the first day, but the second day didn't go as well. He was in 26th place this year, I believe--not a lot of points between him and a buckle. Heck, the first day he wasn't just way ahead of me in points, but a dang bunch of places ahead.

I can't complain--I haven't shot 100 practice arrows since I hurt my foot (over 16 weeks ago), other than shooting tournaments and warming up for them right before the shoot. The TSLC is definately one you need to practice for if you expect to get a buckle. Of course several of the shots I buggered should have been "gimmes", or at least reasonably easy, and managed to nail several of the harder ones--go figure.

Hope you can make it there Vic--you could take a buckle home. I might get me one next year, if I can get this dang ankle fixed and get off my dead butt and practice.

Gonna' try to shoot at Cloverdale this year--hopefully get started early one morning and git 'er done. Didn't get to fling the first arrow last year--too dang busy. Hopefully I will be able to sneak off for a bit this time.
