I was at Gem City in late April and the knats were quit bothersome, when ever a breeze would come along it would give us some relief as those little guys can't hold their own in a breeze. I just seen the extended weather forcast on weather.com for McKean, PA and it looks as though we may finally get in a nice weekend of shooting, too early to tell but let's keep our fingers crossed. Maybe we won't need our knee high barn boots for a change. It is a one and a half hour drive for us, from North Pittsburgh, so we will travel back and forth and sleep in our own beds this time.
