if you are usindg a loop and a release and your bow is tuned right
you can shoot a stiffer arrow than what the charts recommend

if you are shooting with your fingers you need a weaker spined arrow to overcome the archers paradox

people try to tell me that I shoot overspined arrows yet my arrows fly strait and true.

I say if the arrows are working good for you then keep using them.
