I've been following this thread since I started it way back when, and I think I'm gonna have to give the Ruger a try. It has to be a much better rifle than my Rem. 710. It shoots great, but God help me if I need to make a quick follow up shot as the bolt will probably come out in my hand. [:@] I'm hoping that I draw my elk tag for CO this year. If I do, I need to get my happy butt to the gun shop and get my new rifle so I can get trigger time with it before I head to CO. Thnaks for all of the input!
