Default RE: Shotgun slugs

I get best accuracy with 2.75" 1oz Copper solids. I have tried them all. Really wanted those high velocity 375gr remingtons and winchesters to work, but always had flyers.

I get 2" groups at 100 yards with copper solids. I get 3" groups with lightfields at 100yards. But don't like the lightfield terminal performance at 100 yards. Either one works for me. This is out of a browning gold slug gun with rifled barrel.

I have a remington 870 that loves federal hydroshoks, 2.75". It doesn't like magnums either.

Every sluggun is different. Just have to go out and try em all.
