I understand fully what you are saying but if the diplomatic and/or political actions fail......

If the governement shall become tyranous, the people shall rise up,overthrow and install a new one.

To me the action of gun confiscation is the act of a tyrant and yes the people should fight with any and all means at thier disposal. If it would come to violence ( I would hope that it wouldnt) I can say this for sure. It is going to take alot of filled bodybags to get the folks out of these rugged West Virginia hills!
