I use a Bitzenberger jig and I run a continuous bead down the entire fletch so that just a little bit may ooze from each side of the fletch after it has been set. I am fletching a batch right now and let them set 45 minutes before rotating cause its still cool here but in a warmer climate you can get by with 30 minute intervals, but don't rush it when in doubt, take your time.
