Default Arrow Weight question

I understand that you should shoot 5 grains per pound of draw weight. So if you are shooting 70lbs, you should be shooting 350 grains.

My question is...is that 350 grain arrow PLUS the 100 grain for the broad for a total weight of 450? OR 350 grains INCLUDING the broad head (250 for the arrow and 100 for the broad head)?

Thanks if anyone can help me, I'm still trying to learn as much as possible!
