NO! They do not do any smithing. They can apply the Second Skin camo to your gun and offer a patterning service if you ship your gun to them. Supposedly they will taylor your gun to a choke and load and the price includes the choke and, i believe, 5 of the shells that were found to pattern best in your gun. It is expensive though and IMO not worth the money as are the shells. $70+ a box for some of those shells??! GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
