Does anybody believe the IBO speed ratings?
A buddy bought a bow that had an IBO of 308. When it was set up for his draw length - 26.5" with a peep, turned down to a little lighter draw weight and a 412 grain arrow, it only shot 220 fps. Still good enough to take a deer, but nothing like the advertised speeds
Sounds like that bow performed just as advertised. I think many IBO speeds are pretty close to correct. The problem comes when someone doesn't realize what IBO means - and how "real world" setups will effect speed.
As to the Question...............Outback is faster by a smidge
