There are USUALLY state laws about hitting deer, that the state is not liable for the damages to the car. That portion will get thrown out. Also, the drivers are not usually cited in a deer-vehicle accident, too bad these dorks weren't. Can NJ residents counter-sue PETA for wasting the state's resources?
