Smokepole, that is exactly what I was thinking. A deer is fleeing from hunters at 1:00 in the morning???? Maybe the NJ hunters would like to testify here on the "overabundance" of NJ deer. Could the NJ hunters sue PETA for depriving one of them a chance to take that deer legally? Yea, I know that's ridiculous, but no more ridiculous than PETA's frivolous lawsuit. It's a shame that they don't take this for what it is...a warning sign of what their anti-hunting campaign would bring about. everywhere.
