I don't mind people asking about different bow recomendations. They might find out that a certain bow is unreliable or prone to certain cracking problems ect... might save them from making a big $$$ mistake on the wrong bow. Truth of the matter is that there are alot of good bows out there.. I chose Bowtech Patriot dually for the speed and forgiveness... it came highly recomended and I couldn't be happier w/ it. If he goes by what Joe Blow shop owner tries to push on him due to high profit margins or personal bias.. then he might make a mistake. Go to several different shops and check them out.. Most of them are going to tell you that what they sell is the best on the market and everything else is junk (certain Hoyt and Mathews dealers come to mind)... Some even go as far as to start stupid rumors about certain companies being in trouble and going bankrupt ect... just to try and reinforce their veiws. Just go in w/ an open mind and a closed wallet.
