We were up at GreenRidge for the first 2 days and I couldn't believe all the gobbling we heard. My friend wound up missing one on the second day there. He went back up to Green Ridge on the first Saturday and rolled a 9 inch beard. All in all, my friends hunted Green Ridge all season, and although there are other hunters in there, you can get away from them and get into birds. Everytime up there this year (probably 9 or 10 trips),
someone heard gobbling close and rarely did we get interfered with by other hunters. You just gotta put some miles on your boots and try to get away from the roads and trails (easier said than done sometimes).
