BPS gave you some great advice.
The Bitz is hard to beat, but is the most expensive of the single fletch fletchers. the BPE Pro series and the Jo-Jan mono fletcher are also very good choices for a bit less $. If you are using vanes, something like Beyond Bond glue and Goat Tuff should suffice. If you are using a Flex-Fletch or Marco vane, then use flex-bond glue. If you are using feathers, I'm having real good luck with the new Fletch-Tite Platinum (though regular fletch tite works very well too)
If you are going with the AXIS arrows, I would recommend using 400s if you plan on bumping up the draw weight. However the PSE shafts are much better than they used to be so unless you just want to switch for the heck of it, I wouldn't. You may just want to upgrade to the better grades in PSE shafting.
If you don't want to invest in an arrow saw then just hit your local pro-shop and pay the $, but carbons
must be cut on a high speed saw.
regardless, everyone should have on of
THESE, It's a fantastic investment and will allow you to install inserts and points/broadheads and check them for straightness.
Good luck and welcome to the boards, Jason!
