Default More Prairie Dogs In SD

Bush administration approved new management plan to increase the amount of Prairie dogs and decrease the amount of cattle on federal grass lands in South Dakota.

The ruling includes instruction for forest service to work with other officials to keep them off of private neighboring land.

Good luck trying to keep it off neighboring land, I guess people don't understand the amount of animals that reproduce in a 2 mile by 10 mile town.

I'm not sure what impact this has on splattering these little creatures. If they don't address limiting hunting in the plan, it could make for more fun. Less cattle to contend with and more targets.
