I'm with most of the posts, first try to talk to the owner and see if something can be worked out. If he's a dipsh!t and don't want to listen, go with the bbgun. I've had the same problem. I keep my bloodhounds in a kennel, but my neighbors have a beagle that just goes and does as he pleases. He has a bad habit of "teasing" my hounds at 4am and they go nuts and wake up this end of the county. After stingin' his butt with a low power bb gun, he's changed his mind about visiting.
