I don't like the Mat. grip so would either modify it, or replace it, I prefer the Shrewd Precision grip.

You need a quiver, but I don't generaly use a bow quiver any more.

A release if you are so inclined.

I don't feel the need for limsavers, though I use the brass dampers, and one might get a better/lighter result using the al dampers and LSs.

A 4" stab is too short for me.
As far as what is strapped on your bow, it sounds pretty complete to me.
