Sounds like a twisted limb. Hard to say without seeing it, but that's what it sounds like.

What kind of press are you using? VFT/Parallel limb style bows (from all manufacturers) really need a specialized press designed for such limb angles.

I would take it to a qualified dealer, or get on the horn w/ BowTech.
