A lot of good ideas coming up.

The problem I see with approaching the neighbor is this:

1. He's not exactly the most genial of fellows.

2. If I say something to him about his dog being a problem and then later S.S.S. the mutt.... he will have reason to be suspicious.

I really like the buck lure idea.

Also thought that maybe my skunk "cover scent" may work nicely!!
