SF...1st of all welcome aboard! I know this can be a tough situation, I only have one question...why do you seek advise here when you haven't even talked to the owners yet? There are a number of solutions possible, but the best is to come to an agreement with your new neighbors. If that doesn't materalize, then you can go to plan B, C or whatever.
