Thanks on the congrats...

Here is the recipe for your slow cooker:

turkey breasts (both) - cut in large chunks if you like
1/2 onion
1 large celery stalk
1 can turkey broth (15-16 oz.)
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
pinch of parsley

1) grease sides of slow cooker with shortening
2) put 1/3 of margarine, onion & celery on bottom of cooker
3) put in half of turkey breast
4) add 1/3 of margarine, onion & celery
5) put in 2nd half of turkey breast
6) add remaining margarine, onion & celery
7) add can of turkey broth
8) season with salt, pepper & parsley

Turn cooker on high and cook for 4 to 5 hours. You don't even have to open the llid to check on it - it will be done. Of course you can try different seasonings.
