sucks, i would try to talk to talk to your neighbors, i said try , some might not care to talk at all.....take the dog to the pound....an electric fence? i just dont know, i live in the city, used to be woods but progress sucks too, anyway, i dont have a problem with strays.....the dog probably wants to get away from the white trash nieghbors too, adopt him, lol good luck.......let us know how it turned out
