went twice. the first saturday i went with a buddy and we called in two beards and a hen. damn hen was hard to deal with and kept pulling the other two away. i had a shot at the jake at about 30yds but was waiting for them to come in so my buddy could shoot. he had both of the shooters at 20 yds and i couldnt see them. mixed communication so neither of us got a shot. we saw them later at about 80 yds, that tom was struttin'

anyway, the tom had a 10" beard, real nice bird.

i went out last sat. from sun up till about 11:00 and didn't hear the first bird.
