Is there a rule of thumb formula for rough estimates of the speed of your arrow at impact?

The Easton arrow selection program to calculate KE requires the impact velocity. Well I am assuming (bad thing to do) that IBO is the speed measured very close to leaving the bow. I'm suspect some of you folks have some way of estimating impact speed.[8D]
