I would also like to add that anyone that kills a deer strictly for the rack is a poacher in my book. No better then the idiots that kill bears for their claws, rhinos for the horn or cut the fins off sharks and throw them back.

If the only thing taken or used from a deer is the rack then it was poached......I don't give a rat's fat one if you have a license or not, you are a poacher.
