One half hour after sunset for shooting hours I think normally on a clear day is to early to not be able to shoot.

It doesn't matter what you think. The law is the law. Period. I may think that 6 deer is not enough to take in one season. I still have to abide by that because it is the law in one of the states I hunt.
Not abiding by a game law enforced by the state is poaching in my book. JMHO.
