Default RE: I challenge anyone.......

Danny,do you think I just started shooting yesterday.I have a bow setup right now that I can most everytime take it out and shoot in the 280's from the mbr class and it is my hunting rig.For me I choose the scope BECAUSE OF THE CHALLENGE of the farther distances.I also don't need bino's or 2 minutes to shoot it but when setting my scope and judging 40-50 yards,I need more time and bino's to make sure those targets aren't leaning a little and point out where the 12 or 11 rings are.For the record Danny,I don't use magnification in my scope.Just an up pin.

Arthur as for your comments against me,I have no idea what you are talking about.I stated FACTS from an ASA shoot.I said nothing about it's popularity,I just stated a fact.As a matter of fact I just counted ALL the open classes from the ASA pro-am and 716 of them were open shooters. This was including woman and pros. That is more than half so the open class must be somewhat popular.

So I ask you and Danny, where are these people supposed to practice if not at the local shoots? Are they supposed to just show up and shoot with no practice at all.It seems the problem is more with you than with them.It looks like a bunch of jealousy and envy to me.

And yes Arthur, there are many open shooters that are in over their head and don't know all the rules. Most grab the scopes thinking they are easier and soon find out that they are not.The added distance will make sure of that.If you are having trouble with open shooters in your area, then take it up with them but spreading all this crap across the internet is getting old.

There is room for all types of shooting at the local shoots.
