If you cables are worn and need replaced, you might as well do the string too. I just put a set of Wolf Den strings and cables on my Xtec and could not be any happier. Mine are in 8125 material and they come pre-stretched. After the initial 50 to 60 shot settling in period, they have not moved and there is no peep rotation.

I used to shoot nothing but Winners Choice, but for the price difference, I'll stick with Wolf Den.

Check them out. Oh yeah, great customer service too.
