When I first got the whisker biscuit, I lost 4 fps with my arrows. I then trimmed the back and cut notches for the vanes to pass through and now there is no difference in speed from a regular rest, and the biscuit still works as good as before. It's simple in design, easy to adjust, rugged and a great rest for hunting. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a rest that is made for hunting situations.

Goldtips are a bit noisy when drawn. KBP, glad to hear the suggestion to use Scout Mountain Epsilon arrows. I'll have to give them a try.
