I choose to hunt with a compound bow, 2003 Hoyt Protec

Why? Its a greater challenge than rifle hunting. I enjoy the art of fooling whitetails at close range.

My effective range is somewhere between 25-30yds, depending on my practice routine. I haven't loosed a shot past 20yds in over 3 years.
