From my experience, rain won't shut them up, a heavy rain could though. I think wind is more important of a factor than the rain. They get spooky when the wind picks up, and you might also need to call louder if the wind is picking up. They could turn off due to bad weather, but a period of bad weather followed by good weather could be a good time to hunt. Hope this helps
