Does weather have a huge affect on turkeys? In other words. Is it best to hunt in on a colder day? Will they not stir around much on a 80 degree day? I would think its kinda like deer hunting. Best to hunt after a hard day of raining. Will they turn off responding due to weather changes? Are you wasting you time hunting in rain?
