Default RE: Who Practices Year-Round? Is it REALLY Necessary?

I know I said I was done and all....but KY keeps edging me on.

By the way, you don't have to yell...take the caps lock off next time

I know that I live in a rural community and I do have the luxury of shooting in my back yard....but some people do not. Some live in teh city with no yard or have limitations set on them by the city to where that can't shoot in their yard.

Now this I will talk about on a personal basis. If I pull my bow and my gun out after a year of no shooting and shoot from 20 yards, I will be hands down more accurate with my bow. Why......because I am a terrible shot with a gun from a standing position. So what does that mean, if I go gun hunting.....I am going to have to do a lot of practice.

Oh yeah, and for the record I can hit the broad side of a barn (or atleast my little toolshed out back) Trust me, I know from experience.

Can anybody guess the one word that keeps coming up post after post??

PROFICIENT

Just be proficient with the tool you are using and go hunting!!
