Default RE: How do I check the timing on my cam ?

I have the MQ-32 with the Straightline Max Cam. On this cam there are two small holes that serve as timing marks. The cam is in 'optimum' position when the line that passes through those two holes is parallel with the bowstring. You can use a long straight edge positioned over the two holes to get a better visual of this.

However, I don't stress about this too much. I have my string twisted so that my draw length is optimized and my cam is over-rotated(or is it under-rotated?). What I lose in bow efficiency I make up in having better shooting form.

I have a picture I might be able to email you if you like. Email me if you want it.
