10 Minute Retiever is good. I use Working Retriever by Quinn (book) that was recommended by a trainer I Know and Mike Lardy (video tapes/manual), I sold my Smartwork book after finding it "convoluted" and hard to read, it needs a serious rewrite with an editor.
