if you shoot often you can find a problem before it to lat. like when you have a big old deer standing there and you pull the bow back and it make a lot of nose Bam there goes the deer. now i'm not say it will happen but it could happen.or you might over look a bad spot on the string and I realy don't have to tell what could happen if that brakes. or you could have a bad riser, there is a lot of thing that can and will go wrong if you don't look over your equiment. that is my .02 worth if you need more just go back and read some of the other post they have said a lot of stuff.
