That could be the whole thing! I do that alot, I shoot at paper and have ok groups but aren't what I want. I go and shoot at objects 200-500 yards out (not on a bench) and hit them. I go back to the bench and can't group close enough. I think its just in my head!

I am not the best at shooting at paper targets. I am more apt to hit a little piece of clay target at 200 yard than I am to hit a 4 inch bullseye at 100 yards. Maybe its a mental thing.
