I had some problems with Trophy Ridge as well. Moving problems but as the previous replys stated they have great customer service and they do their best to make things right. The new Guide Series will solve all the moving issues. Totally new design with micro-adjustments on both the horizontal and vertical. I love the pin setup and after shooting one for just a short time I can't imagine and don't want to go back to the horizontal pins. Alan in WI
