i get corn meal, brd. crumbs, flour, salt and pepper, louisanna cajun seasoning( any will do, just a tad for zip), season to taste all in a big ziploc....then i take the meat out of the fridge and dip it in egg and milk, put it back in the fridge until chilled, then i do it again, then deep fry it....it's really good....and it's not bad with sweet corn mix instead of corn meal, but dont over do it , it will make your meat sweet, cornbrd. sweet , i didnt do it, a friend of mine did , but i ate it anyway
