I am gonna add my 2 cents here and side with the guys that say fps means nothing. Faster bows are typically harder to shoot accurately. I have tried the fast bow thing with light arrows....the end result? Dead deer but not as much penetration. Dead is dead, but I feel a whole lot better taking a slower moving heavier arrow and puting it through the vitals and 6" into the ground, something I haven't ever done with light carbons with 75 gr head out of the same bow/poundage as I have done with 2216 super slams and 100 gr head. Just a little experiece of mine, I know it is only my opinion but I know the heavier arrows will go deep and that gives me more piece of mind on marginal hits!
