RE: What kind of Paintball Gun?
TK-
for the paintballs, in warm weather (about 45 or above) any paintballs you get will work. i usually just try to find the cheapest kind around at my Walmart or Target. you may be able to find them for sale at a sporting store like Galyans for 1500 paintballs for $32 which is an extremely good price. the ones i am currently using and my friends are using have been Blue Streak. they are going for the cheapest around here and we have not had one break period. if you are going to be paintballing in colder weather i think that PMI is a decent brand of paintballs for those situations.
also when you get your paintball gun look in the owners manual to find where the velocity adjusting screw is. it is between the trigger and the front grip on your gun. you will want to screw this all the way in. (it may already be) unscrew it about 4 1/2 turns (this is how far i have mine set) that will get you shooting around where you need to be to not hurt anyone but be able to reach out a decent distance.
another tip is before you screw in your co2 to take the oil that came with the gun and put about 3 or 4 drops into the little hole where the co2 threads in. (try to get it in the small hole or as close to it as much as possible) this will get the oil all throughout the gun. the only other place you need to oil is the bolt and i think the barrel. and this is all explained in the owners manual.
good luck and i hope i helped!
