Default RE: Woodland Camo

ORIGINAL: mlaubner

I bought it because I can get a set of Camos (Pants and a Shirt) for under $50.00.
I don't think that this is that unusual. We will spend $1000 on a bow, $100 on a dozen arrows, $300 on a tree stand and then skimp on what may be the most vital link...our camouflage. To me this is like having a $1400 dollar rifle and feeding it $.25 ammo.
If you have taken the time to do the research, to own the best gear, why would you skimp on the camo?
but hey, it's camo, it breaks up my outline, it's Realtree.
I think if you do some side/side comparisons or look at some of the other posts around here you may find out something that may surprise you.[&o][]
Well you don't need 2 bows a day, every day, to hunt with in the hot months of the season. I like the looks of the ASAT but I own $700+ worth of typical hradwoods camo that I have accumullated for all different types of weather and conditions and it would take many more times that in ASAT$$ to make wholesale replacements. I will buy an outfit this summer to try out though and I'm sure I"ll like it.
