Sorry but I just have never had any problems with extraction with Remington or any other rifles I have had. When I sold guns for 15 years, I never had a Remington come back or a customer complaint about that. The only rifle I ever got back was a Savage that the scope mounting holes were not drilled in a straight line. They replaced it in a week. I replaced the gun for my customer and Savage replaced the one that was faulty for me. I currently have four Model 700 remingtons that I have had for some time. I replaced three barrels on a Silhouette rifle from Remington and still never had an extracter problem. Lucky?
