You better get a four leaf clover and stick it in your pocket. Land in that area is going to be hard to find. Checking with the local hunting clubs may be the only route. Try putting an ad in the Marianna and Graceville paper. I know most of the guys that handle the leasing for the paper/land management companies in that area and they have a waiting list. I'll know in a couple of weeks if we have any openings in our club in the Troy, Alabama area.
