That should do the job I think. This last fall I used a 20 guage 2 3/4 #5 to shoot a gobbler. I was testing it out for my daughter who will be going on her first turkey hunt this spring. She has been shooting the 20 gauge with 3 inch winchester supremes and has a good pattern out to 30-35 yards. My daughter is 11 and can't wait to go. Our season opens the 24th here in ohio. Only 9 more days!!
