I use Case, Gerber, Old Timer, and Gator. Few more around here somewhere. But I hate Stainless Steel blades.
If I get one with a stainless blade I will open it and stick it in a flower pot for a few weeks to get that stainless crap off of there so I can sharpen it correctly.
